Portrait of Wes — Client Supplying
The Founder
I grew up in a small town outside Dallas. Friday Night Lights country. Nobody from there made it to the league — I was the only one.
The road was the prep school I transferred into. The junior college. Syracuse. Sleeping at airports between tryouts. Playing hurt. Waiting at the draft table, sweating through my shirt, not sleeping the night before.
Nine seasons in the NBA taught me what preparation actually looks like. It is not a drill. It is a standard. That is what I teach now — to the kid who is where I was.
I am not the fourth pick. I am the kid who did not sleep the night before the draft.

The Approach
Every player I take on gets a plan built around them. Their position. Their level. What they are trying to get out of the game. No shared template, no generic drill sheet. What we work on depends on who you are — and what you need.
That is the coaching side. A two-way conversation. You tell me where you want to go, I meet you with a plan to get there.
What You Get
01
Nine seasons of pro-level knowledge applied directly to your game. No intermediary. Direct.
02
Built around your position, your level, and your goals. Not a template pulled from the shelf.
03
Direct coaching. No distractions. Every rep corrected while it is happening.
04
Work alongside players at your level. Competition inside the session is part of the development.
05
Reading defenses, creating space, finishing under pressure. The things that separate players.

Fig. 02 — The Work
Beyond the Court
Coaching is the game behind the game. How you recover. How you eat. How you stay in your own head under pressure. How you carry yourself on a team that is not yours yet.
I coach the player while we work. Parents tell me the same thing — he does not just run drills, he coaches the kid up the whole time. That is the point.
If basketball is the path, I give you the path. If it is not, the same standards still apply — to whatever you end up building.
Voices
This is the hardest workout my son has ever done. Nobody works him like that.
They do not get this anywhere else. Not from coaches. Not from teams.
Wes does not just run drills. He coaches the kid up while he is working him.
